He has led energy industry projects that have delivered 1700 MWe for leading clients worldwide. He excels at driving performance at the highest levels of global business and meeting the complex needs of clients and project stakeholders worldwide.

Patricia Waters is working with us as Chief Financial Officer. She is a financially savvy expert in uncovering unexpected value for emerging businesses across industries. As a corporate leader for more than 25 years, she brings a wealth of business and financial knowledge to each of her customers. Her vast experience in banking, corporate finance, energy trading, accounting, human resources and regulatory compliance has made her invaluable.

John Collins is the VP of Global Commercial Operations at Prismecs. He has a proven success record in different sectors that he has worked in, such as oil and gas, maritime, and power generation. John has hands-on experience in every field he has chosen to work for i.e., being a deckhand, a captain, a plant manager or a managing director as he has always wisely used his previous experiences to achieve company goals.

Aisha Masood is the Senior Vice President at Prismecs. She is a respected and accomplished leader with expertise in Agile development, implementing technical solutions, and solving complex challenges in the healthcare and social service sectors. She has expertise and passion for leading teams and initiatives to align with the stakeholder strategy and metrics.

Sarbari Basu is an accomplished executive with over two decades of global experience spanning human resources, business operations, and organizational leadership. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prismecs, Sarbari plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce vision and driving enterprise-wide transformation.

Having worked across five countries and diverse industries—including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and services—Sarbari is known for aligning people strategies with business goals to fuel performance and sustainable growth. Her leadership spans across workforce strategy, HR governance, operational excellence, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Sarbari is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive cultures and leading change that empowers both people and performance. Her approach integrates data-driven decision-making with empathy and strategic foresight, making her a key driver of Prismecs’ success.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and an MBA from Calcutta University. She is a 2018 Global Fellow of Talent Management at The Wharton School, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) practitioner. Sarbari is currently deepening her expertise in Organization Design and Change Management to lead transformation at scale.
